VINYL TYPE PAINT
Description:
Type:A Black Pigmented solution vinyl coating.
Basic Use:Where specified by the U.S. Corps. of Engineers. Primarily for painting hydraulic structures.
Finish:A tough, flexible semi-gloss finish.
Thinning:Designed to be spray applied over a wide range of ambient temperatures by field thinning with the proper type and amount of thinner. For spray application, use up to 25% MIBK or MEK. When ambient and steel temperatures are above normal, up to 40% thinning may be necessary.
Spreading Rate:7 wet mils (170 sq. ft. per gallon) will result in one mil dry film thickness-allowing for a 20% loss factor.

Surface Preparation:
For use only on metal surfaces. Follow instructions outlined in specification regarding surface preparation and use of this product.
Application:
Method: Spray Only
Dry Time: One hour for recoat

(B) Adequate ventilation must be maintained.
(C) Explosion proof lights & electrical equipment.
(D) Non-Sparking shoes & tools for workers in area.
(E) This product contains flammable materials. Forbid all flames, smoking and welding in work area.
(F) Avoid breathing of vapor, contact with skin or eyes. If product comes in contact with skin or eyes, wash thoroughly with water and obtain medical attention.
