Description:
Pourable Epoxy Repair Kit based on a two component solvent free epoxy formulated for application by pouring for on site rehabilitation of pitted steel bottoms in storage tanks and in cargo and ballast tanks of ships.

Surface Preparation:
Abrasive blast cleans to SSPC-SP10 specifications, Swedish Standard SA 2 1/2.
Mixing and Application:
Pit-Guard 3900 is supplied in two components "A" and "B". Mix two parts of component "A" and one part of component "B" together by hand or power mixer to insure complete intermixing of base and catalyst. Apply by pouring immediately after mixing.
Warning:
Harmful if swallowed. Do not store near open flame. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
First Aid:
In case of contact with eyes immediately flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes and get medical attention. For skin; wash with soap and water. If swallowed, induce vomiting. Call physician.
