EPOXY CONCRETE SEALER CLEAR
Description:
A two component product, specifically formulated with an epoxy / polyamide resin to provide a water tight coating of low permeability for masonry and concrete surfaces.
Conformance:
Conforms to military specification MIL-C-22750.

Application Data:
|
Steam clean old concrete floors to remove all dirt, grease, oil and other foreign matter. |

Allow it to dry overnight. |
|
|
New concrete must be cured at least 14 days and must be free of surface moisture. |
|
|
4. Apply to clean concrete only. Do not use on concrete containing membranes or curing agents. |
|
Application:
Mix the resin component (part A) with the hardener component (part B) in equal proportions (by volume) thoroughly to form a homogenous clear solution. Do not change the mixing ratio. It is calculated at 1:1 or 1/2:1/2 by volume. Material once mixed should be used in 2-3 hours. Apply by a suitable roller, airless or conventional spray. Small areas may be brushed. Use R-300 epoxy thinner for a consistency adjustment if required. Provide thorough ventilation for proper curing of the sealer.
Safety Precautions:
(A) Use normal precautions such as gloves, facemasks.
(B) Adequate ventilation must be maintained.
(C) Explosion proof lights & electrical equipment.
(D) Non-Sparking shoes & tools for workers in area.
(E) This product contains flammable materials. Forbid all flames, smoking and welding in work area.
(F) Avoid breathing of vapor, contact with skin or eyes. If product comes in contact with skin or eyes, wash thoroughly with water and obtain medical attention.
