CORROSION INHIBITING SECOND COAT PRIMER
Description:
One component corrosion inhibiting alkyd primer based on calcium borosilicate and synthetic iron oxide
Recommended Uses:
As an intermediate coat in a three coat paint system on structural steel substrates exposed to moderate corrosive environments.
Conformance:
Conforms to Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development. Specifications MS-285-003 (9/87) System 'B'

Surface Preparations:
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all loose, rust, scale, paint or oil. For best result abrasive blast SSPC-SP6.
Application:
Brush, roller, or spray
Safety Precautions:
(A) Use normal precautions such as gloves, facemasks.
(B) Adequate ventilation must be maintained.
(C) Explosion proof lights and electrical equipment.
(D) Non-sparking shoes and tools for workers in the area.
(E) This product contains flammable materials. Forbid all flames, smoking and welding in the work area.
(F) Avoid breathing of vapor, contact with skin and eyes.
