Description:
This Aluminum Paint is based on an Alkyd Resin Solution and Leafing Type Aluminum Paste supplied in separate containers.
Recommended Uses:
As an aluminum finish coat, primarily intended for use on properly primed structural steel, bridges and heavy equipment.

Surface Preparation & Directions for Use:
This paint is intended as a finish coat over rust inhibitive primers on structural steel or over other alkyd and oleo-resinous paints. All oil, grease dust and loose or non-adherent paint shall be removed. If the undercoat is damaged, the steel shall be spot-cleaned and spot-primed with a rust inhibitive primer.
This paint is furnished in two components, add the Aluminum Paste to the mixing varnish in the ratio of two pounds of Aluminum Paste per gallon of varnish vehicle.
To mix the Paste with the varnish, add a small amount of varnish to sufficient Aluminum Paste in a large container. Thoroughly mix the Aluminum Paste with a small portion of varnish until a smooth, thin Paste is achieved. Gradually, add more of varnish while stirring. Continue adding paste and mixing until all the varnish is incorporated with the vehicle. Examine bottom of container for un-mixed paste.
Screen paint before applying. Apply by brush or spray to the specified film thickness. The surface to be painted shall be dry and surface temperature shall be at least 5ºF (3ºC) above the dew point, and the temperature of the air shall be over 40ºF (4ºC). Do not paint outdoors in rainy weather or if freezing temperatures are expected before the paint dries.

(C) Explosion proof lights & electrical equipment.
(D) Non-Sparking shoes & tools for workers in area.
(E) This product contains flammable materials. Forbid all flames, smoking and welding in work area.
(F) Avoid breathing of vapor, contact with skin or eyes. If product comes in contact with skin or eyes, wash thoroughly with water and obtain medical attention.
